The seven delicious old Kansas City Style Gourmet Sauces that we offer are a old Davis family secret sauce recipes that were handcrafted to perfection with selected ingredients to intensified the rich flavor for meat in various grilling and smoking technique for pork, beef, fish and poultry.
We have a variety of sauces, including our Original Style, Caroline Mustard Style Sauce, Spicy Original, Colorado Bourbon Blend, Peach & Honey, Pueblo Green Chili BBQ Sauce, and our Gourmet Steak Sauce.
All our sauces can be used with any type of meat and also great for dipping and marinating. All of our sauces are infused with all natural, gluten free (with the exception of the Colorado Bourbon Blend-is NOT gluten free) and MSG free ingredients.
Special Seasoning & Rubs
Our great old Kansas City Style Seasoning & Rub recipes are also a Davis Family secret, passed down over the years. By adding our very special seasoning & rubs to your meat will not only enhance your barbecue experience but bring your barbecue experience to a whole new level.
We currently bottle and market our Smokin' Rib Rub, Smokin' Pork Rub, and Somkin' Brisket Rub. In the spring of 2018 we will be adding an additional three Seasonings/Rubs to our current line, our Smokin' Prime Rib/Steak Seasoning, Smokin' Fajita Seasoning, and Smokin' Seafood Seasoning.
All of our secret family seasoning & rub ingredients are all natural, gluten free and MSG free.
